We really liked the modern look and the fact that you've got wi-fi and a little kitchen. Moreover the beds were really really comfortable. Also it was so quiet that we had three really good nights of sleep.
We missed a television to watch typical English TV. The bathroom is really small and using the loo means your holiday partner is more or less part of it. ;) Thinking of The Stay Club being brandnew I would recommend to be really careful cleaning the studios because ours already had some really dusty parts.
The hotel seems to be designed for long stay. The bunk bed and the shower was cool. We liked the big fridge/freezer too. Internet router was great, supporting both wired and wireless connections for £5 a week. Although it only allows 2 devices, I was able to use connectify on my laptop to create another hotspot and connect all my phones and tablets.
The towels and beddings are dirty. They only provide shampoo and shower gel once. Only the first 2 toilet rolls were cushelle. When required more they provided really poor quality ones. And a kitchen without an oven is strange.
The rooms are well designed, you feel a bit like in a box but provided you do not spend the all day it's ok. The bed is really comfortable.
The room is not cleaned properly. There were several hairs on the floor and in the toilet when we arrived, in addition there were a lot of dust too.
Very modern, unique design and functionality, all amenities you could imagine in such a small space
the location (Willesden) is not the greatest part of London
the room was tidy, clean and relatively close to Central
the only negative thing was to keep the room clean after the second day, it would be great if you can provide small things to help with that
I like that it had a cooker and we were able to prepare a lovely meal for dinner.
There is a small light that is extremely bright that we were unable to locate a switch to turn off and was on for the whole night. It would be great if there were some outdoor heaters in the smoker's area.
The rooms were clean ...the beds were comfortable, on the whole it was fairly quiet, the staff were extremely helpful..
The first room I was in was far too hot even tho the heating wasnt on so I moved to the basement which was cooler..I Didnt like o lighting it was too harsh and the light switch next to the bed was quite inaccessible. It was self contained but there was very little in the way of plates and cookware - a few more pots etc would be helpful to the longer stay traveller. The bathroom fan was very noisy and continued for a long time after the bathroom light had been switched off - very distracting..
Good position, rather close to the tube station. Had microwave and pots/pans in the room.
Towels didnt get changed at all during 3 days, rooms are really small -be aware that if you book a double bed, what you're in fact getting is two bunk beds, top one is slightly bigger but still not what you would call a double. Way too hot a room as well.
Design, friendly staff, very quiet internally.Good heating in rooms. All the basic facilities in the room. Clever design of bathroom area...don't understand the complaints re the shower, which was easy to use and if the shower curtain is used, the rest of the wet room stays pretty much dry! There was also shower gel supplied..which I wasn't expecting based on the negative revues about lack of items..i seemed to have kettles and toilet paper too!!
The room could have been a little cleaner.Prefer to spend the night without someone else's body hair! The exterior windows keep the weather out, but not noise!
comfortable stay..staff was nice and friendly
would be better if rooms can be cleaned on daily basis .The wifi is also not of a good standard, it disconnects very often and then you have to again login.
Good Hotel. Best Staff!! It's near Bakerloo line, fast conection with center city.
We reserved a smokers room on Bookings... It's prohibited to smoke in all areas in this hotel!! Only allowed in outdoor areas.
Very good value for money, unusually clean at this price range, one hopes that it will stay that way.
The advertised kitchen equipment was a bit sparse. There was no kettle or even a small milk pan: only a frying pan which is somewhat limiting. The instructions for the shower need to be clearer.
I really loved the room. It was so nice and compact. At first I thought that it would be really small, but the mirrors made the bigger effect and me and my friend really enjoyed our stay there.
Probably location, it isn't the warmest neighbourhood I think, but It isn't the baddest.
I loved the modern atmosphere and interior design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate- new and clean, felt as though we were the first to stay there! Felt very safe and almost homely like a mini apartment, and i would definitely stay again!
The rooms were small. There was no kettle, only a frying pan, and wish there was a tv.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen and lounge in rooms very good. Laundry in hotel very handy. Great fresh fish locally.
The shower in the toilet cubicle was not practical. There was a lot of external noise but internal very quiet.
